校服着装要求
1、学校编码是什么，用户如何获取？ 学校编码是订购平台用来识别各个学校的一段编码，仅在注册阶段使用。在订购开始前会由学校通过家长信的形式通知到各位家长。
2.如何注册登陆账号？1)线上校服店（电脑或是手机Web端）可通过手机号或者邮箱注册。(如果有问题，可联系校服商店或者客服后台添加)
2)您可以使用Shoolbox执行一键登录。(如有任何问题，请直接联系制服店或客服)
3. 如何找回我的密码?
进入登陆页面，点击重置密码，通过手机号、邮箱获取验证码后即可设置新密码。

标配服装：标配服装为学校着装要求中的必选校服款式
2. 什么是选配服装?
选配服装：学校官方认可的，在校园内可穿着的校服款式，此类商品属于非强制购买的校服系列，家长可以根据需求自由选择。

1. Return and refund
Refund: Click on the 'Exchange/Refund' button, select the reason for return and click 'Submit'. (Please allow approximately one (1) business day for processing). Once you see a message stating 'Return Authorized', please return the item(s) to the warehouse and submit the tracking number provided by the express courier company of your choice. Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to process,after we receive your request.
2.Exchange for a different size

Click on the 'Exchange' button, Fill in the Exchange Qty, Select the new size you nend to exchange you item for, Input the reason for Exchange and click 'Submit'. (Please allow approximately one (1) business day for processing). Once you see a message stating 'Authorized Exchange', please return the item(s) to the warehouse and submit the tracking number provided by the express courier company of your choice. Please note that exchange can take up to 3-5 business days to process, after we receive your request.
