1. What is my “school code”? How do I obtain my code?     A “school code” is used to identify different schools on the platform. Your school will inform parents of their specific "school code" before you start ordering. 

2.How do I register an account and login?
      1)You can use your mobile phone number or email address to register an account.  If there are any problems, please contact Uniform Shop or Customer Service directly.



      2)You can use register via Shoolbox using single sign-on login.If there are any problems, please contact Uniform Shop or Customer Service directly.


 3. How do I retrieve my password?
        Go to the Login Page and click 'Reset Password' to be guided how to reset your password.


During the order process

1.What are the mandatory uniform items?
      These are compulsory uniform items which students are required to wear in school.
2. What are the optional uniform items?
Partents and students are able to freely select these items of school-approved uniform products according to personal preference.These items are aligned with our school brand and culture.

After-sales

1. Return and refund
        Refund: Click on the 'Exchange/Refund' button, select the reason for return and click 'Submit'. (Please allow approximately one (1) business day for processing). Once you see a message stating 'Return Authorized', please return the item(s) to the warehouse and submit the tracking number provided by the express courier company of your choice. Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to process,after we receive your request.
2.Exchange for a different size
         Exchange : Click on the 'Exchange' button, Fill in the Exchange Qty, Select the new size you nend to exchange you item for, Input the reason for Exchange and click 'Submit'. (Please allow approximately one (1) business day for processing). Once you see a message stating 'Authorized Exchange', please return the item(s) to the warehouse and submit the tracking number provided by the express courier company of your choice. Please note that exchange can take up to 3-5 business days to process, after we receive your request.

Free shipping and delivery for oders with a total purchase value greater than ₩ 170,000.
A shipping and delivery fee of ₩ 4,500 will be applied to all orders with a total purchase value less than  ₩ 170,000
Delivery Time
The delivery time = order processing time + shipping time (which depends on the destination location).
*Orders are usually shipped within 2 working days.

Checking the Shipment Status
After the order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number.
The tracking number is usually automatically sent within 24 hours after shipment. (* Please note that due to holidays and the closure of the warehouse during holidays, the shipment may be delayed.)
It may take up to 24 hours for the logistics information to be reflected.
In case the tracking information cannot be confirmed, we will reply within 2 working days, In this cirumstance, please contact our customer support.
