학교 코드 확인 및 로그인

1. 내 "학교 코드"는 무엇입니까?어떻게 내 코드를 얻을 수 있습니까? 학교 코드"는 플랫폼에서 다른 학교를 식별하는 데 사용됩니다. 등록할 때만 필요합니다.학교는 사전 주문이 시작되기 전에 "학교 코드"에 대해 부모에게 알려줍니다.

2. 회원가입과 로그인은 어떻게 하나요?
1) 휴대폰 번호 또는 이메일 주소로 간편하게 회원 가입할 수 있습니다.
*로그인이 잘 되지 않을 경우, 고객센터에 문의해 주시기 바랍니다.

2) MyDulwich 계정으로 원클릭 로그인도 가능합니다.

3. 비밀번호를 잊어버렸어요. 어떻게 해야 하나요?
로그인 페이지에서 ‘비밀번호 재설정’을 눌러 새 비밀번호로 변경할 수 있습니다.

교복의 종류

1.필수 교복이 뭐예요?
학교에서 정한 반드시 착용해야 하는 기본 교복입니다.
2.선택 교복이 뭐예요?
학교에서 승인한 자율 선택 품목으로, 학생들의 취향이나 학교 문화에 따라 자유롭게 구매할 수 있습니다.

교환·반품 안내

1. Return and refund
Refund: Click on the 'Exchange/Refund' button, select the reason for return and click 'Submit'. (Please allow approximately one (1) business day for processing). Once you see a message stating 'Return Authorized', please return the item(s) to the warehouse and submit the tracking number provided by the express courier company of your choice. Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to process,after we receive your request.
2.Exchange for a different size
Exchange : Click on the 'Exchange' button, Fill in the Exchange Qty, Select the new size you nend to exchange you item for, Input the reason for Exchange and click 'Submit'. (Please allow approximately one (1) business day for processing). Once you see a message stating 'Authorized Exchange', please return the item(s) to the warehouse and submit the tracking number provided by the express courier company of your choice. Please note that exchange can take up to 3-5 business days to process, after we receive your request.
