      Return and Refund Policy

      In order to maintain a standardized and orderly shopping environment in the online school uniform store and fully protect the legitimate rights and interests of our customers, the following return and refund policy has been formulated. This policy applies to all products sold on our platform. Please read this policy carefully and attentively before making a purchase.

      I.  Terms and Conditions for Return and Exchange

      (I) Returns and Exchanges Due to Quality Issues
      When the purchased product has defects existing since its production (such as surface scratches, material aging, malfunction, etc.), consumers can apply for the return or exchange of the product under the following conditions:
      1. Return Window : Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product.
      2. Required Documents: Provide photos of the defect and purchase proofs (order number, invoice, etc.).
      3. Product Condition: Keep the original packaging and accessories intact, with no signs of use.
      (II) Returns and Exchanges Due to Consumer - related Reasons
      If consumers need to apply for returns or exchanges due to their own reasons (such as inappropriate product size selection, change in personal preference for product design, etc.), the following conditions must be met simultaneously:
      1. Return Window: Submit a return or exchange request to customer service within 7 days of receipt.
      2. Product Condition: The product should be in its original packaging (including tags), unused, undamaged, and accompanied by all accessories.
      3. Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

      II. Return and Exchange Process
      1. Submit Application: Customers can apply for return via the "Orders" menu,choose the type of return or exchange, and fill in the detailed reasons to submit the application. Or contact customer service (Tel: 070-5176-2015; Email: service@wecre8te.com).
      2. Review: We'll review your application within 1 - 3 working days, assessing quality - defect evidence or product condition.
      3. Return the Product: If approved, we'll provide a return address. Customers need to package the product properly and send it back within 7 days. Please inform the platform of the shipping tracking number when sending it back.
      4. Receipt and Processing: After receiving the returned item, we'll check the condition of the item again. For quality - issue cases, we'll refund or send a replacement within 3 - 5 working days. For customer - related cases, if the product meets requirements, we'll refund within 3 - 5 working days. For exchanges, we'll send a replacement if in stock; otherwise, we'll refund or negotiate.

      III. Refund Methods
      1. Credit Card: Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card. Processing times vary by card issuer, usually within 3 - 7 working days.
      2. Bank Transfer: Refunds will be transferred to the provided bank account within 3 - 5 working days.
      3. Coupon - based Payment: The coupon - paid portion is non - refundable.

      IV. Notices
      1. Product Return Packaging: Ensure proper packaging. Damaged items during return may not be eligible for return or exchange.
      2. Coupons and Points: Coupons used in the order will expire upon refund.
      3. Legal Remedy: This policy complies with Korean consumer protection laws. In case of disputes, customers can seek legal recourse accordingly.
